The 25-year-old father of missing Florida girl Haleigh Cummings has filed for divorce from his 17-year-old wife, an important witness in the case.  According to the divorce papers, Ronald Cummings is citing irreconcilable differences as being the cause for his divorce from Misty Cummings.  The young wife was the last to see Haleigh, who went missing in February.  Mr. Cummings has frequently been in the news for making several impassioned pleas for any information about the whereabouts of his daughter.  Police say that they believe Misty Cummings has not told them everything she knows about the case.
